The LUCI Annual General Meeting (AGM) brings together the members of LUCI for its General Assembly as well as conferences, working group meetings, open conference sessions and the discovery of the host city and its lighting policy. After Seoul (South Korea) in 2016, Durham (UK) in 2017, and Rabat (Morocco) in 2017, the LUCI AGM 2019 took place in Shanghai, China. See the LUCI AGM 2019 programme and highlights here.
In 2020, the General Assembly will take place exceptionally online and it will be the occasion to vote for the renewal of the LUCI Executive Committee. The LUCI network will then meet in Tartu, Estonia for the AGM in 2021.
The City under Microscope
A “City under Microscope” (CM) enable participants to discover the lighting strategy of a member city over a two-day period. It includes field visits and technical conferences on permanent or temporary lighting projects.
Each year, in conjunction with Lyon’s world-renowned Fête des Lumières and in partnership with the City of Lyon, LUCI Association organises the Lyon Light Festival Forum (LLFF). This event offers cities as well as lighting professionals from around the world a unique and original space to discuss and debate about new forms of creative lighting.
You can see the LLFF 2019 programme and videos here. In 2020, the LLFF becomes the Lyon Light Festival Forum Week and will be fully online, 7-10 December. More details here.

LUCI Coffee Bre@ks are held every third Thursday of the month from 10:00 to 10:30 Brussels time.
Since its creation in 2002, LUCI has, along with its member cities, been organising events to help city professionals exchange information and know-how on the issues that most concern them. Take a look!
