    For LUCI Members: LUCI takes in charge accommodation at Hôtel Oceania Le Métropole Montpellier for one delegate per LUCI member for 3 nights, pending availability. Other delegates of LUCI member cities or organisations may request to reserve a room but will pay directly to the hotel. For non-member delegates: Accommodation is not taken in charge, but you can reserve at Mercure Centre Antigone using a code to benefit from the special group rate (see Practical information page on LUCI website). 🚨 CANCELLATION POLICY: Both above hotel reservations can be cancelled before 8 March 2024. After this date, cancellation fees will apply and will be the responsibility of the participant.
