The network will meet in Seoul for the first time since 2019!
Organised by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and LUCI, this year’s workshop will focus on the topic “The power to bring people together, Urban Lighting and Culture”.
For the first time since 2019, the network will meet in Seoul, South Korea for a fully in-person LUCI Asia Urban Lighting Workshop (LAULW).
This edition will once again provide public lighting decision-makers in Asia an overview of urban lighting trends through special lectures, case studies and networking opportunities. We are glad to be back in person this year with a full programme of on-site visits.
The rich programme consists of several lectures and talks by both Korean and international experts focussing on how urban lighting and culture brings people together in the Asian region.
Alongside the official programme, event participants will have the unique opportunity to network in-person during the night tours in Seoul and social moments.
In connection to the 2023 LUCI AGM in Jyväskylä, the “Declaration on the Future of Urban Lighting” will be the subject of interactive discussion during the World Café session, collecting regional perspectives on the document’s main topics.
