The City of Montpellier officially adopts the Declaration on the Future of Urban Lighting

The Declaration on the Future of Urban Lighting was presented to the Metropolitan Council in July, which passed a resolution approving LUCI’s Declaration; and to ensure that the city’s next Lighting Plan is consistent with this Declaration.

This strong message of recognition of LUCI’s work and the legitimacy of this declaration enabled Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole to talk about sustainable urban lighting in front of all the members of its council and thus prepare the continuation of their efforts towards the Lighting Plan, after only one year being a LUCI member.
