The LUCI/PHILIPS city.people.light award

The international city.people.light award is an annual competition run in conjunction with Philips.

This award represents a significant step towards promoting the use of light as an essential component in urban development. It honours the towns or cities that best demonstrate the added value that lighting can bring to the urban environment.

The contest is open to urban lighting projects that have been completed less than two years prior to entry in the contest. The lighting must be of a permanent nature and visible to all citizens free of charge.
