A graduate of the Beijing Architectural Engineering Institute with a major in roads and bridges, Liang Hong Liu has been engaged in municipal engineering administration throughout her career. As the Head of the Urban Lighting Management Division, Beijing Municipal Administration Commission, she is dedicated to urban lighting management.
