Call for concepts – Vinterljus / Winter Light 2021 in Linköping
The City of Linköping, a LUCI member, is announcing a call for tenders for the next edition of its light festival: Vinterljus (Winter Light). With this year’s theme, “Harmony”, artists are invited to illuminate the municipality’s main public park with engaging and creative artworks.
Winter Light is back! Winter Light (Vinterljus) wants to give the city’s residents and visitors a beautiful and spectacular setting for their personal Christmas celebration and enhance the experience of Linköping as an exciting and welcoming city that combines culture and technology in a challenging and inspiring way!
Linköping Municipality invites artists and designers in lighting, video, and scenography to be inspired and make something creative, fun, innovative, exciting and brilliant for this year’s edition of Winter Light!
Linköping Municipality hereby calls for tenders regarding light installations for Winter Light 2021. This year’s theme for Winter Light is “Harmony”.
Winter Light takes place between 13 December 2021 and 9 January 2022 in the city’s central park, Trädgårdsföreningen. Closing date for submission of tenders is 31 May 2021.
