Classic single room 90,00€ /per night
Superior single room 103€/per night (limited rooms available)

Be sure to register before 23 September to reserve your room in the official conference hotel!

LUCI takes in charge accommodation for one delegate per LUCI member for 3 nights, pending availability. Other delegates may request to reserve a room but will pay directly to the hotel.

🚨 CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel your room reservation before 23 September 2021. After this date, cancellation fees will apply.

• LUCI members, speakers, TAVA/Tartu/LUCI guests: free participation
• Non-LUCI members: 300 € in-person (participation for costs of conferences, meals and site visits); free participation online
