Adapting to the COVID situation
In this current context, LUCI and the City of Tartu plan to offer the best quality event to the Urban lighting community: the LUCI AGM Tartu is therefore planned as a hybrid event, where each attendee can choose to attend in-person for sessions, onsite visits and convivial social events in Tartu, or to attend online to view all conference sessions from anywhere in the world.
We truly hope that as many of you as possible will be able to join us for the in-person AGM experience!
We encourage you to check about any travel restrictions for traveling into Tartu via the information provided by the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: https://vm.ee/en/information-countries-and-self-isolation-requirements-passengers. Be sure to also check with your own national rules and regulations about any additional recommendations.
For those participants coming from EU countries, “Re-open EU” provides information on the various measures in place, including the EU Digital COVID certificate, to help you exercise your right to free movement. The information is updated frequently and available in 24 languages: https://reopen.europa.eu/en/
Once in Tartu: Onsite COVID measure
LUCI and the City of Tartu are committed to creating a safe environment for AGM participants while onsite in Tartu. Our goal is to conduct our in-person event in accordance to the applicable health and safety guidelines provided by Estonia and the City of Tartu, and the World Health Organization (WHO).
