Registration fees

• LUCI member, conference speaker or City of Oulu: Free participation
• Non-LUCI members: 300 € (participation for costs of conferences, meals and site visits)

Accommodation

LUCI takes in charge accommodation for one delegate per LUCI member for 3 nights (20, 21, 22 September 2019) pending availability. Otherwise, LUCI can book a room for other delegates from your city and you will pay directly at the hotel, pending availability. PLEASE NOTE: Member delegates will be guaranteed a room if registration is completed by 18 October. Beyond this date, accommodation at the conference hotel is not guaranteed and will be limited to availability). To that end, be sure to fill out the conference registration form.

Please note that no room in the hotel conference can be guaranteed after 18 October.

Transporation from Oulu Airport 

The most convenient way to get from the Oulu Airport to the Original Sokos Hotel Arina is by taxi directly from the airport. There is a specific taxi line right outside the airport. This is about a 20-30 minute ride and should cost around 35 euros.

Weather

Please dress appropriately and bring waterproof shoes (non-slippery if possible), scarves, hats, gloves, and your warmest winter jacket! (There is definitely some walking involved, in the cold!). Check the forecast before you head out, you may even want to bring your umbrella with you in case it rains during the walking tours.
