Social Indicators
The list below suggests some indicators that may help event organisers to identify some key questions, which they may ask as part of a survey, or a face-to-face interview, with a sample of people in a given area, and ask people both before and after the light event.

Feeling safe walking around after dark
- How safe do you feel walking around after dark? (very safe / fairly safe / not safe)
- Has the person been a victim of crime in the last twelve months? (yes / no)
