Projection mapping contest for Berlin Festival of Lights
A projection mapping contest for the 2015 edition of the Berlin Festival of Lights has been announced.
Organized by Festival of Lights Berlin and Maxin10sity (art curator), the competition calls for video-mapping creations for the iconic Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, Germany.
The contest is open to international submissions, to professionals and students in cinema, animation, digital arts and graphic design.
The creations, which should harmonise with the architecture and be accompanied by music, should follow the themes of “New Dimensions” or “Vision of Energy”.
The six winning video-mappings will be featured in the Berlin Festival of Lights from the 9th to the 18th of October 2015, with an audience vote deciding the final winner.
