Dublin City Council Dublin Winter Lights

Dublin City Council Dublin Winter Lights is seeking submissions from artists for projection mapping content for its 2025 festival. There is one site for the open call this year with an overall prize fund of over €30,000.

Briefing document: in the festival’s website you will find a briefing document for the GPO site and some 2D assets to assist you in your work.

Procedure: submissions must be made via the Dublin City Council Submittable platform (more information here). This is a global Open Call with domestic-based artists and International artists being invited to participate.

Application deadline: Closing date for Stage 1 Open Call is 14:00 GMT Friday 1st August 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
