Lumo Light Festival Oulu – Call for Proposals 2020
Lumo Light Festival in Oulu, Finland, invites artists, designers, light artists and lighting professionals as well as students and institutions to submit their proposals for the 2020 edition which will take place on 20-22 November 2020.
Lumo Festival theme for 2020 is IN TIME. Festival organisers are looking for content that brings different perspectives and various powerful approaches to the concept. What does the passing of time look like? Can we travel in time? How does the past or the future look like in today’s light? What can happen in a second, an hour or a hundred years?
