The first Bucharest light festival celebrates every form of artistic expression through light and related technological innovations. The urban space becomes a huge interactive showcase, placing Bucharest firmly on Europe’s cultural map. Spotlight, one of Bucharest’s most anticipated outdoor visual art festivals, returned from October 14 to 16, 2022, with an edition dedicated entirely to Romanian artists. For the first time in five editions, Spotlight focused solely on local talent. Bucharest City Hall organized Spotlight.
