Glød Light Festival is an annual light festival that captivates both young and old with the power of light.

During 16 days we illuminate winter`s dark and create magic in the centre of Stavanger city.

In 2025, Stavanger’s 900 years will be celebrated with several grand events. Glød Light Festival kicks off the grand jubilee.

The 2025 program invites us to celebrate our community, to lift our gaze, and open up to reflection and hope. Look forward to light art that weaves light and darkness, dream and reality, together.
