LUCI joins partners in Tallinn to advance Art of Darkness project
LUCI took part in the Art of Darkness project’s third General Assembly, held on 4–6 November in Tallinn, Estonia. The meeting gathered all the international consortium partners for a key moment in the project’s progression from strategic groundwork to the upcoming pilot implementations across five European cities.
Over three days, participants reviewed the project’s advancements, joined discussions with the External Expert Advisory Board, contributed to co-creation labs, and engaged with local stakeholders during a rich educational programme on lighting pre-design processes. Site visits in Tallinn’s Old Town and Hirvepark — the city’s pilot location — offered additional insight into the context shaping the next steps of the ambitious European research project.
