Since 2002, LUCI Association, in collaboration with the City of Lyon, organises an event during Lyon’s Fête des Lumières, expanding into the Lyon Light Festival Forum (LLFF) starting in 2012. Coinciding with the magical atmosphere of Lyon’s world-renowned light festival, the LLFF offers cities – as well as lighting professionals from a wide range of backgrounds – a unique and original, qualitative human sized space to meet, share, discuss and debate.

The LLFF continues to be one of the main moments of the LUCI calendar to focus on creative lighting in both permanent and festival lighting. This year, from December 8 to 9 at the SUBS, the 2022 edition, which is organized as part of LUCI’s 20th anniversary and a global reflection on the future of urban lighting, looks at the future of light festivals. Speakers will share their visions on eco-responsibility, sustainability, co-creation, international collaborations and more. The Forum will also be a perfect opportunity to exchange between professionals during a moment of “Lightspeed Networking”.
