The Festungsleuchten (festival of lights) illuminates the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress with colorful lights and animated projections.

Let there be light (art)! is the motto of the great light art festival at the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress Cultural Centre from nightfall to midnight.
The unique light art festival at Ehrenbreitstein Fortress offers all spectators and listeners a completely new fortress experience with breathtaking lights and sounds.

The 2021 edition took place from 23 to 26 September.
