Since 2002, LUCI organises the Light Festival Forum, in collaboration with the City of Lyon.

This event brings together international city delegations and representatives, light artists, light festival organisers and lighting manufacturers to focus each year on a specific aspect of creative lighting while experiencing the world-renowned Fête des Lumières.

Accommodation request (for LUCI members only)
💡For LUCI Members: LUCI takes in charge accommodation in Lyon for one delegate per LUCI member for up to 2 nights, pending availability. 🚦Other delegates from LUCI members may request to reserve a room but will be requested to pay the hotel directly. 🚩 For non-member delegates: accommodation is not taken in charge and we are unable to make reservations on your behalf. 🚨CANCELLATION POLICY: Please inform us should there be any changes in your registration by November 5th latest. After this date, cancellation fees will apply and charged to you.
