Join us in Oulu, Finland, for the next edition of the LUCI Cities & Lighting Summit – the annual international gathering of the urban lighting community.

Co-organised with the City of Oulu, this second edition of the Summit will take place in the heart of a city that blends technological innovation with artistic soul – and a proud European Capital of Culture for 2026.

Please inform us should there be any changes in your registration by December 19th latest. A reconfirmation email will be sent out to you closer to the date.
Registration type
Registration fees cover participation in the conferences, catering, and tours for the whole conference programme. Please select your type of registration from the drop-down menu. 🚨 We will contact you separately to process registration payment.

This part of the programme is based on suggestions to visit the City of Oulu or the Oulu Frozen People Festival. Please note the Saturday programme is optional and not included as part of the registration fees. 🫖 The proposed programme will be disclosed in September 2025.
