LUCI Cities & Lighting Summit London

Historically known as the LUCI AGM (Annual General Meeting), the LUCI Cities & Lighting Summit is now the main annual gathering for the urban lighting community, meeting around conferences, working group meetings, open conference sessions, networking moments, and the discovery of the host city and its lighting policy. 

The inaugural edition, held from 23 to 26 April 2025, is co-organised with the City of London and will focus on three main themes at the heart of today’s preoccupations for the future of urban lighting: Sustainability, Health & Wellbeing, and Inclusion.

Registration fees cover participation in the conferences, catering, and tours for the whole conference programme. Please select your type of registration from the drop-down menu. 🚨 We will contact you separately to process registration payment.

This part of the programme is based on suggestions to visit London City, and is not included as part of the registration fees. 🫖 The optional programme will be disclosed in January 2025.

Accommodation requests - Reserved to LUCI Members

💡For LUCI Members: LUCI takes in charge accommodation in London for one delegate per LUCI member for up to 3 nights pending availability, at the Motel One Hotel Tower Hill. 🚦Other delegates from LUCI members may request to reserve a room, but will be requested to pay the hotel directly. 🚩 For non-member delegates: accommodation is not taken in charge and we are unable to make reservations on your behalf. See the practical information page for hotel suggestions. 🚨CANCELLATION POLICY: Please inform us should there be any changes in your registration by February 21st latest. After this date, cancellation fees will apply and charged to you.

Registrations are binding, fees are non-refundable after this deadline. 📷 By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the conference for promotional and archival purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media, and other promotional materials. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform the event organizers in writing prior to the event or at registration.
