The inaugural LUCI Cities & Lighting Summit 2025 takes place in the City of London, the ancient centre of what is today the capital of the United Kingdom.

Commonly referred as the City, it is the financial and commercial heart of Britain, but also the birthplace of London, with 2000 years of history and tradition.

Venues

 Participants will be welcomed at two different locations:

Guildhall London

As an enduring symbol of London’s past and present, the Guildhall has been central to London City’s development since the Romans founded Londinium here 2000 years ago.

Accommodation

LUCI Cities & Lighting Summit participants will be staying at the following hotel:

Motel One London Tower Hill

LUCI is pleased to be partnering with the Motel One London Tower Hill for the Cities & Lighting Summit London 2025.

  • For LUCI Members: LUCI takes in charge accommodation in London for one delegate per LUCI member for up to 3 nights pending availability, at the Motel One Hotel Tower Hill. Please reach out to luci@luciassociation.org
  • Other delegates from LUCI members: may request to reserve a room and benefit of preferential rates pending availability but will be requested to pay the hotel directly. Please reach out to luci@luciassociation.org
  • For non-member delegates: accommodation is not taken in charge. Pending availability, non-member delegates can benefit of preferential rates at the Motel One London Tower Hill, by contacting Reservations Manager, Grégoire, directly here.

The Motel One London Tower Hill is located is in the centre of London City, close to the Tower of London, and within 20 minutes walking distance from the Summit venues.

The hotel is committed to the sustainability programme “One Planet. One Future”, reducing their environmental footprint as much as possible to consistently improve their sustainability goals while maintaining a high standard of service and quality.

Located just 500 metres from the hotel is the Tower Hill London Underground station, your access point to the whole city.

The hotel also makes a great base from which to explore the City on foot. Only a short stroll away is Tower Bridge; stroll along the Thames from here to reach the heart of tourists’ London, with all the sights essential to your visit, including St. Paul’s Cathedral, the London Eye and Buckingham Palace.
