Highlights from LUCI AGM in Dubrovnik

The City of Dubrovnik (Croatia) welcomed over 150 participants from almost 40 cities from around the world for the LUCI Annual General Meeting 2014.

Highlights of the event, which took place from the 5th to the 9th of November 2014, included:

  • the lighting master plan for the UNESCO classified Dubrovnik old city core that has reduced light pollution and led to energy savings of 66%
  • lighting projects from 15 cities  across the globe (Seoul, Rotterdam, Toulouse, Brussels, Bucharest, Eindhoven, Amsterdam, Paris and more) in the LUCI Open Conference sessions
  • the city.people.light award ceremony which announced the winning cities of the 12th edition of this award on urban lighting
