Our events
LUCI Cities & Lighting Summit
Historically known as the LUCI AGM (Annual General Meeting), the LUCI Cities & Lighting Summit is now the main annual gathering for the urban lighting community. It brings together key decision makers from cities around the world to share common challenges and inspire possible solutions while experiencing the host city's lighting projects at night.
Lyon Light Festival Forum
Since 2002, LUCI organises the Light Festival Forum, in collaboration with the City of Lyon. This event focus each year on a specific aspect of creative lighting while experiencing the world-renowned Fête des Lumières.
LUCI Urban Lighting Workshop
The Urban Lighting Workshop is tailored for cities from a specific region of the world. It is an opportunity to meet, learn, engage, and exchange through group discussions, interactive work sessions, networking and site visits.
LUCI Coffee Bre@ks
The Coffee Bre@ks are short and sweet 30-minute online rendez-vous sessions: an opportunity for LUCI members to stay in touch and hear from experts on a variety of urban lighting topics.
Special Events
Beyond regularly scheduled events for the Network, LUCI also organises special events to coincide with our cooperation projects or other unique initiatives.
LUCI Annual General Meeting
The LUCI Annual General Meeting (AGM) brought together the members of LUCI for its General Assembly as well as conferences, Working Group meetings, Open Conference Sessions and the discovery of the host city and its lighting policy.
City under Microscope
A “City under Microscope” (CM) enables participants to discover the lighting strategy of a member city over a two-day period. It includes field visits and technical conferences on permanent or temporary lighting projects.
