    LUCI takes in charge accommodation for one delegate per LUCI member for 3 nights (22, 23, 24 April) pending availability. LUCI can book a room for other delegates of LUCI members. They will pay directly at the hotel, pending availability. PLEASE NOTE: Member delegates can only be guaranteed a room if registration is completed by 1 April. Beyond this date, accommodation at the conference hotel is not guaranteed and will be limited to availability).   • Please note that your registration is binding. Cancellation is possible until 1 April 2020. After this deadline, cancellation involves payment of the hotel accommodation and registration fee (when applicable), except in case of illness or force majeure.

The data entered in the form will be electronically processed for the organization of the LUCI CM in Stavanger. The recipient of the data is LUCI Association. If you have opted to receive more information on LUCI, in order to provide you with this service, the data you provide to LUCI in this form will be transferred and processed by our emailing platform, MailChimp.
