Venues & practical information

Event venues

The event venues are mainly located around the IJ waterfront, a relatively new area of Amsterdam which has seen old disused shipping wharfs, dockside warehouses and industrial estates replaced by a new urban zone with cultural institutions and modern housing. The area is home to some of the city’s modern architectural landmarks such as the EYE Film Museum, the Muziekgebouw aan ‘t IJ, and the A’dam Toren.
