We are working to develop our city-wide lighting – including light art and festivals. We are looking forward to peer learning and support and to be inspired and informed by innovations and design.

Urban lighting in Salford
Public lighting is managed fully in-house, with a design team that is also responsible for overall asset management and for defining specifications and requirements. Many of the assets have already been converted to LED and we are slowly working towards converting the remaining units.
