Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality is a rural local government unit in Sindhupalchok District of Bagmati Province, Nepal. The municipality’s administrative center is located in Attarpur, and it encompasses diverse terrain ranging from elevations of approximately 850 meters to up to 1,930 meters, supporting agriculture, tourism, and water resource management as key economic pillars.
Established in 2017 under Nepal’s federal restructuring, Lisankhu Pakhar was formed by merging the former Village Development Committees of Thulo Dhading, Attarpur, Lisankhu, Jethal, Petku, and Thulo Pakhar, aligning with the provisions of the new constitution to promote local governance and development.
