Candidatures open for INSA Master’s degree in urban lighting

Applications are open for the 2016 – 2017 session of the specialised master’s degree in urban lighting organised by the National Institute of Applied Sciences – INSA in Lyon (France).

Lighting engineers, municipal engineers, lighting designers, architects, marketing managers and business managers in the lighting sector that would like to specialise in urban lighting are invited to apply.

The course, conducted in French, focuses on public urban lighting activities and will cover all fields and disciplines in the domain. It aims to provide expertise in urban lighting with a good base in urban planning. Students will acquire in-depth knowledge of the context, methods and techniques of urban lighting, as well as the management of nocturnal public space and lighting policies.
