videographer for AVMEP event
As part of the AVMEP project, LUCI Association is launching a call for tenders for the production and editing of videos.

1. Description of the AVMEP Project
The AVMEP Project (Appui aux Villes Marocaines sur l’Eclairage Public – Capacity Building for Moroccan Cities on Public Lighting) aims to support Moroccan cities in strengthening the capacities of their technical stakeholders and official representatives, in order to reduce energy consumption and the impact of greenhouse gas emissions.
Objectives and Methods
- Create a platform for dialogue between Moroccan municipalities to sustain, beyond the project, a core group of expert local authorities.
- Strengthen skills through various initiatives such as training sessions, workshops, conferences, field visits, etc. Co-design work on activities and topics.
- Promote a culture of online knowledge sharing supported by an international exchange platform that holistically addresses key issues.
- Develop an international, African, and global dimension to these exchanges, drawing inspiration from foreign initiatives and contributing to the promotion of Moroccan practices.
Total duration of the AVMEP project: 22 months, from March 2024 to December 2025
13 participating municipalities: Agadir, Ben Slimane, Beni Mellal, Casablanca, Chefchaouen, Fez, Oujda, Rabat, Tangier, Tetouan, Tiznit, Ifrane, Salé
2. Call for tenders’ details
Within the AVMEP project, the 2025 activities concerned are:
The event in Rabat
This session will be the final training + workshop of the project, focused on sharing outcomes and expanding exchanges to the African continent.
Themes to be highlighted in the videos include lighting in Rabat, Moroccan and African cities’ efforts to reduce energy consumption in public lighting, management of public lighting installations, quality of public spaces and lighting, reduction of light pollution, and consideration of biodiversity.
Videos must be filmed during the various moments of the event in Rabat in September 2025: Thursday 25/09 and Friday 26/09.
Communication Needs

Production and editing of short videos:
• 1 report-style video (2–3 minutes)
• 6 to 8 interviews with representatives from participating cities (max. 3 minutes each)
• 1 summary format for social media (30–45 seconds) -
Integration of the AVMEP project’s visual identity:
• Partner logos (LUCI, MTEDD, DGCT, AMEE, GIZ)
• Project logo at the beginning and end of each edited video -
English subtitles for the edited videos
3. Budget
Must not exceed €5,000 incl. VAT.
4. Additional information
Round-trip travel and local expenses (accommodation, transport, food, etc.) must be included in the proposed quote and will not be covered by LUCI Association.
