AVMEP Project
LUCI is issuing two calls for proposals for the AVMEP project:

to build and implement a training programme and workshops in 2025;

for the pedagogical support of the project activities.

1. Build and implement a training programme and workshops in 2025
Contract Requests
Especially :
- Build an educational program in collaboration with the LUCI team and the AVMEP project team, based on the exchanges that took place in 2024;
- Identify and propose 6 experts who will be confirmed by the LUCI team and the AVMEP project team, contract with them, organize and support their mission within the framework of the sessions organized by LUCI and the AVMEP project team in Fez and Rabat;
- To exchange closely throughout 2025 with the LUCI team and the AVMEP project team to take part in the objectives of networking PE actors in Morocco
Contractor Profile
The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following expertise:
- Previous experience in training implementation and pedagogical support;
- International work on street lighting, ability to understand different cultures and contexts;
- Knowledge of the challenges of urban lighting, in particular energy efficiency but not only (lighting design, smart lighting, fight against light pollution, biodiversity, etc.) and of the various expert speakers in the field throughout the French-speaking area;
- Ability to work in a team to build a program of high expertise in conjunction with the LUCI team within the given deadlines;
- Knowledge of Moroccan PE actors and Moroccan local authorities, as well as African and African TC actors would be a great added value;
- Ability to communicate in workshops and trainings and to report;
- Ability to use participatory and collaborative approaches to facilitate training
2. For the pedagogical support of the project activities in 2025
Contract Requests
- Accompany LUCI on the pedagogical support of activities, face-to-face in Fez and Rabat;
- Support the development of the African network on urban lighting in view of the workshop and training session in Rabat;
- Supporting cities and the project team in the animation of online knowledge exchanges, particularly in the development of the Moroccan Hub;
- To exchange closely throughout 2025 with the LUCI team and the AVMEP project team to take part in the objectives of networking PE actors in Morocco;
- Take part in sessions if relevant, in conjunction with LUCI, to moderate or lead the debates;
- End-of-mission report on the knowledge acquired online, the pedagogical benefits of the workshop and the training
Contractor Profile
The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following expertise:
- Previous experience in the implementation of training workshops and pedagogical coordination;
- Experience in managing and sharing knowledge online for a community of stakeholders;
- International work on street lighting, ability to understand different cultures and contexts;
- Ability to work in a team to build a program of high expertise in conjunction with the LUCI team within the given deadlines;
- Knowledge of Moroccan PE actors and Moroccan local authorities, as well as African and African TC actors would be a great added value;
- Ability to communicate in workshops and trainings and to report;
- Ability to use participatory and collaborative approaches to facilitate activities
