Hotel and Main Conference Venue
The main conference venue as well as conference hotel will be in the same location: the Fuyue Hotel Shanghai
The Fuyue Hotel Shanghai is located in the Songjiang New City International EBD. The hotel is located in Shanghai National Convention Center, about 1 hour drive from the Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG) and about 30 minutes drive from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA).
Room rate: 912 yuan (about 120 euros) per night, including breakfast.
LUCI takes in charge accommodation for one delegate per LUCI member for 3 nights (25, 26, and 27 September 2019). For non-members, you can make your own reservation here: http://fuyuehotelshanghai.com/reservation.htm
Room availability is guaranteed for LUCI members until 9 September 2019. To that end, be sure to fill out the conference registration form.
Visa Requirements
Visitors to the Mainland of the People’s Republic of China must obtain a visa from one of the Chinese diplomatic missions (embassy or consulate general). Please check with your local Chinese embassy or consulate to find out the specific requirement for your country’s entry into China. We strongly advise to get your visa well in advance to ensure your travels to Shanghai go smoothly. LUCI and the City of Shanghai can provide the appropriate invitation letters for your visa request. Please be sure to mention what you require for your visa in the registration form.
Registration fees
- LUCI member, conference speaker or City of Shanghai: free participation
- Non-LUCI members: 300 € (participation for costs of conferences, meals and site visits)
