Annual General Meeting
A major annual international meeting on lighting, and a major event in the life of the organisation, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) brings together all the members of LUCI in one of its member cities for conferences, commission workshops, speed networking and the discovery of the host city and its lighting policy.
The AGM is also a time when discussions can be held concerning the life of the network and the forum in which decisions and major orientations are taken for LUCI.

AGM 2009 in Gwangju, Korea
The City of Gwangju, Korea, will be hosting the next LUCI Annual General Meeting 2009, from the 19th to the 22nd of October.
Following the success of last year’s AGM in San Luis Potosi (Mexico), the LUCI network will have a new and unique opportunity to discover a country with a strong culture of lighting and a city, Gwangju, which is specifically involved in using lighting to contribute to its economic and urban development.
City under microscope
A City under Microscope offers the opportunity for LUCI members to discover the lighting strategy of a member city over a consecutive two-day period. These events comprise field visits and technical conferences on very specific subjects. These encounters favor exchange between technicians and lighting professionals and are unique opportunities to learn about new methods, different cultures and other points of view. Every year LUCI organizes two Cities under Microscope events in member cities.
In 2010, the next City under Microscope will take place in Ghent (24-26 Feb).
