ESOLi (Energy Saving Outdoor Lighting) Seminar on Intelligent Public Lighting in Brussels

The ESOLi project will be hosting a seminar on Intelligent Public Lighting on Thursday, the 8th of March 2012 in Brussels (Belgium).

The seminar will include a presentation of the ESOLi project along with perspectives on intelligent street lighting from the industry, research institutes and grid operators, as well as a group discussion session on the needs and expectations vis à vis the successful implementation of intelligent street lighting.

ESOLi (Energy Saving Outdoor Lighting), a project funded by the Intelligent Energy Europe program of the European Union, is composed of 16 partners from 14 European countries. The project aims to increase the awareness of intelligent street lighting and accelerate the use of the best available technologies across Europe. The overall objective of ESOLi is to foster the extended use of intelligent lighting systems in outdoor areas and to remove barriers for a large scale technology roll-out.
